Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026  |  These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using geedup.co.nz or placing an order. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms operate alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

1. About Us

geedup.co.nz is operated by Geedup NZ, a New Zealand-based authorised stockist of authenticated Geedup Co. streetwear. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these terms refer to Geedup NZ. References to “you” and “your” refer to the customer using our website or purchasing our products. For contact details, see Section 14.

2. Use of Our Website

By using geedup.co.nz you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website, or to refuse service, at our discretion without notice, where we believe a user is in breach of these terms or acting fraudulently.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on geedup.co.nz are accurate at the time of publication. However, product colours may appear differently on different devices due to screen calibration variations. We recommend consulting the product description and size guide rather than relying solely on images when making a purchase decision.

All products are sold as described on their individual product pages. Where a product description conflicts with information on an external website (including the official Geedup Co. website), the description on geedup.co.nz at the time of your purchase applies.

Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we must not make false or misleading representations about our products. If you believe a product listing is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us immediately.

4. Pricing

All prices on geedup.co.nz are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax at the current NZ rate of 15%) where applicable. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout beyond the applicable shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout and payment is confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you as soon as we become aware and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on geedup.co.nz constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and your payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including where: stock is unavailable after your order is placed; a pricing error has occurred; payment cannot be verified; or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check it for order updates.

6. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (including credit/debit card and other available payment options). All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the details you supply are correct. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment fraud is suspected.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods must be delivered within a reasonable time. If delivery is unreasonably delayed through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a remedy.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Guarantees provided under the CGA run with the goods — they apply regardless of any warranty statement or limitation in these terms.

Where you are acquiring goods for the purpose of a business (as defined in the CGA), you agree that the CGA does not apply to that supply and the guarantees in the CGA are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Our full returns and refund policy is set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on geedup.co.nz — including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of Geedup NZ or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law.

The Geedup name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of Geedup Co. and are used by Geedup NZ under authorisation. Trapstar and associated marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. You may share links to product pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986), Geedup NZ’s liability for any claim arising from use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from: use or inability to use our website; delays in delivery; errors in product descriptions; or any other matter relating to your use of our service — except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites and do not endorse them.

11. Stock Availability and Limited Drops

Geedup Co. operates on a limited-drop model — products are released in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out. We cannot guarantee stock availability at any given time. Product listings are removed or marked sold-out when stock is exhausted.

In the rare event that an item is oversold due to a stock error, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute product of equal or greater value, a store credit, or a full refund. We will not require you to accept a substitute if you would prefer a refund.

12. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold on geedup.co.nz are authenticated Geedup Co. products sourced through authorised distribution channels. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or third-party reproductions. Listing genuine products is a key obligation under the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If you have a concern about the authenticity of a product you have purchased from us, contact us at hello@geedup.co.nz with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of geedup.co.nz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The terms applicable to any order are the terms in effect at the time that order was placed.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from your use of geedup.co.nz or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

We encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to:
